"Raising Sturdy Children": A Free Community Event Presented by Covenant Classical School!
Please join our our CCS families on September 9th at 6:30pm at Covenant Classical School for a free community event welcoming back Mr. Keith McCurdy, MA., ED, S. President and CEO of Total Life Counseling, Inc. located in Roanoke, VA.

We look forward to an informative night filled with relevant topics for parents of any aged child. Please register using the form for this free event! Ages 12+ welcome to attend.
A primary focus of Mr. McCurdy and his work is helping others better understand how a Therapeutic worldview, and often psychology itself, has worked to undermine morality, healthy family functioning, and our ability to equip our children to thrive in this world. A significant part of his work is helping parents understand the needed benefit of allowing their children to struggle to learn to do hard things.

More about Mr. Keith McCurdy
Mr. McCurdy is a Family and Parenting Educator and Consultant, as well as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the state of Virginia. He has worked with families, children, parents, and individuals for over 30 years in the field of mental health. He provides consulting and coaching services nationally on improving parenting skills, building strong marriages, maintaining healthy relationships, leadership training, and addressing corporate stress management. His development of parent retreats entitled “Raising Sturdy Kids” seeks to help parents operate from the correct paradigm with their children and he has even customized this powerful program for schools and students.
McCurdy has Master of Arts and Education Specialist degrees from James Madison University. President and Founder of Live Sturdy, LLC, and President and CEO of Total Life Counseling, Inc. and is a regular contributor on the “BaseCamp Live” podcast with multiple interviews and the “McCurdy Moment” segments, as well as being featured on the Circe Institute’s podcast “The Commons” and “Crosspolitic.”
