  • Grades K through 6: 18-20 students max

  • Grades 7 through 12: 20-22 students max

How do I apply?

We are accepting early applications for the 2025-26 school year! Once your application is complete, we will contact you about next steps in the application process (testing, interview, etc.) Final admissions decisions will be made in February 2025 during open enrollment.

As a discipleship school, we require that at least one parent or guardian of each applicant give a credible profession of faith in Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, and be a regular attendee of a Christian church. A pastor's recommendation form is required.

Once we receive your child’s application and supplemental materials, the office will call you to schedule a parent interview and visit. Both parents/guardians are required to attend the parent interview. For more information, please contact our office at (704) 792-1854.

More information can be found under Admissions on our website.

What is your tuition?

Covenant Classical School’s tuition for 2025-26 can be found here.

Do you offer financial aid?

  • Covenant Classical offers a pastor’s discount for qualifying full-time pastors. Financial aid is available for returning families who are experiencing financial hardship. Please contact the school office for more information.
  • Covenant Classical is a recipient school for the NC Opportunity Scholarship Program, a K-12 tuition assistance program that provides funding for eligible children who attend a participating non-public school. Application window is February 1 to March 1. For more details on eligibility, please contact the scholarship program directly, as it is a separate entity and has its own application process.

  • Please keep in mind, this money may not always be guaranteed; families should consider this, as our enrollment contract is binding for each school year. If the state's policies or conditions ever change to contradict the mission and vision of CCS, we will discontinue our participation in the Opportunity Scholarship program.

Do you have a lunch program?

Students can order in advance from a variety of vendors. Lunch from a different vendor is offered on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays. Students can also bring a lunch from home.

Are uniforms required?

Yes. Our uniform and dress code guidelines can be found at the link below.

What colleges are your students accepted to?

Covenant Classical School students have been accepted to a wide variety of public and private colleges and universities. A list of current college acceptances can be found here.

How can parents get involved?

Covenant Classical School has a thriving Parent/Teacher Organization (PTO). Every parent or guardian of a CCS student is automatically a voting member of the PTO, which holds monthly meetings and sponsors a host of volunteer opportunities. From parent education seminars to teacher appreciation, the PTO seeks to foster positive relationships between parents and the school’s administration, faculty, and staff. In addition to our PTO, there are many ways for parents to help in individual classrooms.
